All purchases are final. We do not accept returns nor entertain exchanges or refunds.
A return/refund will only be entertained when your purchase meets one of the conditions below:
- Wrong item received that is different to purchased item
- Your purchase has been lost in transit to you
Please message our support team should you require any assistance with your order. All returned products must be brand new and in their original packaging. We reserve the rights to void the exchange/refund if the returned product has been used or damaged by the customer.
