Confirmed Allocation Preorder
Overview
A confirmed allocation preorder is an order placed for a product before it's official release date or before it is in stock and ready to ship. We only do 100% confirmed allocation preorder which means as long as you place an order with us, your order is confirmed and guaranteed. All items available for preorder are clearly labeled "PREORDER" on the product page. By placing a preorder, you agree to the terms below:
Payment
A 50% deposit is charged at checkout to place a preorder, this deposit secures your order with our supplier which we pay for in full with our own capital.
Preorder pricing is final and binding once your deposit is paid. TCG market prices are volatile and fluctuate regularly hence if we increase the price of the product you ordered prior, you pay for the full price you locked in at and no additional payment is required. Likewise if we reduce the price, you still have to pay the full price you locked in at with no payment reductions on your end.
Arrival Timeline & Balance Payment
Estimated arrival dates are based on our supplier timelines and are not guaranteed . A delay past the estimated arrival date are not grounds for cancellation or a refund.
Once your preorder arrives, we will reach out via Email/Whatsapp to collect balance payment and proceed to process your order. In the event you do not respond or complete balance payment within 30 days of us reaching out, we reserve the rights to void your preorder deposit payment and cancel your order.
Cancellations & Refunds
All preorders are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation or refund once placed.
This is because placing your preorder commits us to purchasing the product from our supplier at full price, while we collect only a 50% deposit from you. This no-refund policy applies regardless of the reason, including a delay in the estimated arrival date. However, we may approve refunds on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. For these discretionary refunds, a 3% payment gateway servicing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
